Trying different cuisines is a good thing and get to taste a wide variety of recipes. This recipe is easy to make and provides adequate amounts of calories, which meets the daily requirements. Coconut milk in the recipe contains a good source of vitamins and minerals and also supplies essential fats. Coconut milk can be used as an alternative in case who are lactose intolerant.

Basmati rice -30gms, onions -50gms, green peas -20gms, coconut milk -50 ml, coriander leaves -10gms
1. Soak basmati rice for some time.
2. In a pressure cooker add oil, stir-fry onions till transparent color add green peas, coriander leaves, and coconut milk.
3. Pressure cook until three whistles.
Serve this yummy milky Thai White Rice!
