It is mainly prepared during the winters and is sweet and sour that can be used as a dip with paranthas and various snacks. This chutney is made from sesame seeds and is rich in Iron and calcium.

Contents
3-4 tbsp sesame seeds, a bunch of coriander leaves, 3-2 garlic cloves, 2-3 green chiles, 3-4 tbs yogurt, salt to taste, ½ tsp sugar
1. Roast sesame seeds in a pan till 4-5 minutes on low flame.
2. Put these seeds in a blender along with coriander leaves, garlic cloves and green chilies.
3. Add yogurt to this mixture and blend till you get a smooth mixture.
4. Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
Serve this chutney with roti or parantha.
