Wondering what to serve for a nutritious and delicious snack? Make this Til Uttapam! Sesame seeds are an excellent source of iron, magnesium, and vitamin B6.

Rice 2 cups, white urad dal 1 cup, oil- 2 tsp, onion 1 chopped, sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon, salt to taste
1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal overnight. Blend them with salt to make a smooth batter. Keep it overnight to ferment.
2. Heat a tawa, pour some batter on it and spread it into a thick circle. Sprinkle some oil on it, along with some of the onion and sesame seeds.
3. Cover and cook till the top is done. Serve hot with chutney.
You would surely love this tasty delight called Til Uttapam!
