Tisi ki Namkeen Roti is a healthy and flavourful lunch item made from flax seeds. Flax seeds are rich in omega 3 and provides fibre too.

1 cup wheat flour, 3 tbsp roasted tisi, 2 tbsp oil, 1 onion chopped, 1 tsp turmeric powder, handful of coriander, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, water
1. Make a fine powder of roasted tisi by blending in the mixer.
2. Mix oil and salt in wheat flour and knead a smooth dough. Keep aside.
3. Mix onion, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin powder, tisi powder, and salt to taste.
4. Pinch a ball size dough and flatten with rolling pin. Take a spoon of the mixture and stuff it in flattened roti and seal it from all sides.
5. Flatten it again. Heat the tawa and roast the roti on it.
Apply ghee before serving.
