Your toddler will love to have mini sized portions in individual ramekin dish. Serve him this Toddler Crazy Yummy Pie in ramekins. Chicken is a good source of protein, vitamin B6, and mushroom is rich in folate and manganese and a very good source of dietary fiber.

Ingredients to make Toddler Crazy Yummy Pie:

1 cup peeled and diced potato, 2 chicken breasts sliced into 2 cm cubes, 1 tsp olive oil, 3 mushrooms sliced, 3 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp butter, 200 ml milk

Steps to make Toddler Crazy Yummy Pie:

1. Preheat the grill.

2. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan for 12 minutes or until soft, drain and mash it.

3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add chicken and fry for 2 minutes, add mushrooms to it and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Sprinkle over the flour and blend in the milk and bring to the boil.

5. Gently simmer for 5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.

6. Add ¾ of the cream and spoon into 4 ramekins, add the potato mash on top and sprinkle the remaining cream.

7. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly golden on top and bubbling around the edges.
