Tomato Poda is a type of chutney that can be served alongside the main course meal. It has the benefits of tomatoes in the form of vitamins and minerals, alongside carbs and proteins from other ingredients.

4 tomatoes, 1 shallots, 1 clove garlic, 1 green chilli, 8 badis, ½ tsp mustard oil, salt
1. Cut the tomatoes, wrap in aluminium paper, and put on stove top.
2. Mash tomatoes, add onions, garlic, chili, salt, and mustard oil, and mix well.
3. Pan fry the badi. Crush them and add to the tomatoes.
The dish is ready to be served.
