Tsap Thuk is an exotic dish from Ladakh, made from flour of germinated barley along with vegetables. It is good to consume this soup especially in the winter. Barley's fiber, potassium, folate, and vitamin B6 content, coupled with its lack of cholesterol, all support a healthy heart. Along with flavours of vegetables, this soup will be surely enjoyed by your kiddo.

Tsap flour made from per germinated barley, other local vegetables
1. Wash Barley grains and keep in sunny place to germinate.
2. Dry the germinated seeds and grind them into a flour
3. Cook the flour in water without any sugar or salt.
4. The flour has natural sweet taste.
Add vegetables of your choice and watch your kiddo enjoy the soup!
