Oatmeal recipes are filled with heart-healthy fiber and complex carbohydrates. It's a nourishing source of energy and can help prevent constipation in your toddler. If your child does not like plain oats, here is the solution! We present to you, Twist In Oats, a dish so yummy and healthy that your naughty one will surely finish the whole bowl!

1 cup plain rolled oats, 2 cup milk , 1/2 cup mango puree, chopped assorted fruits (banana, chikoo, pomagranate, etc.), sugar (if required) as fruits will add natural sweetness
1. Take a thick bottomed pan add milk.
2. Then add oats and mix well.
3. Cook while stirring , when its in running consistency add mango puree and cook for another 1 minute.
4. Swich off the flame and cool it in refrigerator.
5. Before serving, add assorted chopped fruits, like banana, chickoo, pomegranate, etc.
A colourful ,eye catchy bowl of health and flavours is ready to be presented in front of your kid.
