Vanjaram Vepudu is a famous dish from Andhra Pradesh. This is a fish-based recipe that is supremely healthy. You can treat with this recipe preferably during dinner. The presence of fish adds Vitamin A, Vitamin D, iron and protein.

Ingredients: Seer fish 6 pieces, oil.
For Marination: 1 tsp. turmeric, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp garam masala, salt, 2 tsp oil and curry leaves 2 sprigs.
Steps:
1. Wash the fish pieces under running water. Drain off the water and pat dry.
2. Mix all the ingredients needed for marination and apply it on the fish pieces. Keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan. Place the marinated fish pieces in the pan.
4. Cover and cook the content for 5-7 minutes. Gently flip the pieces in order to acquire a golden brown color.
