This tasty and healthy Veg Curd Sandwhich is a wholesome diet for your kid. This calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B rich sandwich is one of the best wayd to include vital nutrients in your kid's diet.

1 cup curd, 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato diced, 1 grated carrots, ½ capsicum chopped, 4 whole wheat bread slices, salt, 1 tbsp black pepper
1. In a bowl add curd and chopped veggies.
2. Add in salt and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Take two bread slices; spread some curd veggie mixture on one slice and cover with another slice. Apply butter on top.
4. Grill it using electric grill or tawa.
Serve it with homemade ketchup.
