Carrots, soymilk, sugar, dry fruits, cardamom powder
1. Grate the carrots and cook in a pressure cooker with sufficient water for 10 minutes.
2. Add soymilk and sugar to the cooked carrots and bring to boil on a low flame.
3. Add the dry fruits and cardamom powder, mix well
Serve hot or cold.
