Sattu is rich in protein, fibre, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium and is great for digestion. Try this simple and refreshing drink today!

Sattu, jaggery, water
1. Dry roast the sattu on a tawa for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
2. Slowly add the flour to a glass of warm water, stir continuously.
3. Add grated jaggery and mix well.
Cool and serve!
