With the onset of the winters, pineapples are aplenty. Don’t be bored by just slicing up the fruit and serving it. This recipe enables you to experiment with the fruit and create a delicious drink. Pineapples, besides being tasty, are loaded with essential nutrients such as potassium, carbohydrates, Vitamin C, dietary fibre, Vitamin A, proteins, calcium, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Ingredients: 2 ½ cups of chopped pineapples, 4-6 ice cubes, 200 ml thick coconut milk, 2-3 tbsp sugar, a few pineapple wedges for garnishing.
Steps:
1. Put the pineapples and sugar in a mixer jar and blend into a smooth juice.
2. Next add the ice cubes and coconut milk and blend again.
3. Pour out into tall glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges.
