You can prepare a healthy drink using apple and oats. This is a good recipe which is simple and nutritious. You would require applesauce, yogurt, cooked apple-cinnamon instant oatmeal, ground cinnamon, maple syrup and cinnamon sticks. Yogurt makes this recipe a good source of protein.
