6 cups cubed watermelon, 1 sprig of mint leaves, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp sabja seeds soaked
1. Run the watermelon, mint and lemon juice through a good home juicer.
2. Place the juice into a pitcher and stir in the chia seeds.
3. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the juice and plump up.
