Do you believe in the famous quote “An apple a day keeps the doctor away?” Then here is an interesting recipe with Apples topped with yogurt. They not only complement one and another but also create a good flavour combination. Yogurt has a good source of mineral and B 12 while apples are rich in fibre and vitamin C. It is perfect to include in your diet.

½ cup of peeled, cored and thinly sliced Red Skinned Apple, ½ cup yogurt, ½ cup water
1. In a saucepan, bring the water to boil and add the apples and simmer with the lid for 10 minutes until the apple is very soft.
2. Puree the apple using a sieve or stick blender and let it to cool.
3. In a baby bowl, combine the stewed apples with the yogurt.
Make it today and have yogurt in your diet.
