Mushrooms are rich in nutrients along with dietary fibre and using them you can make an amazing creamy soup. You can flavour the soup with salt, pepper and onion.

1 cup button mushrooms, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup water, ¼ onion, 3-4 sprigs of coriander leaves, a pinch of salt and black pepper, 1 tsp butter
1. In a pan, add ½ tsp butter and saute sliced onion. Add the button mushrooms and saute for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add milk and water to the mushrooms. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on medium flame till the mushrooms get cooked.
3. Once cool, blend the mixture.
4. In another pan, add the remaining butter and pour the mushroom mixture. Add salt and pepper and mix well for a minute. Also, add the finely chopped coriander leaves.
Yummy creamy soup is all ready!
