Yummy Malai Kulfi Treat

Yummy Malai Kulfi Treat is an ideal dessert as it is made up of milk which contains calcium helps in bone development. It also contains chia seeds, which have a distinct texture when added to water, it swells up and form a jelly mass. It contains the good source of omega-3 fatty acids and also provides iron and calcium. It also contains protein, which is needed for growth and development.

Ingredients to make Yummy Malai Kulfi Treat (1 serving):

Milk -200ml, chia seeds -10gms, rose syrup -5ml, almonds -10gms, sugar-15gms, pistachios 10gms

Steps to make Yummy Malai Kulfi Treat:

1. Boil the milk and keep stirring to avoid burning

2. Meanwhile, chop almonds and pistachios

3. After 10 mins of boiling milk add smooth paste of corn flour and make sure there are no lumps formed

4. Keep stirring until the desired consistency

5. Add chopped almonds, powdered sugar rose syrup, swollen chia seeds, and pistachios and mix well and pour this mixture into kulfi molds and refrigerate.

Serve this chilled creamy kulfie after a meal.
