If you are looking for a healthier snack for your kid, then steam boiled Black Eyed Beans would be the right choice. It is also a perfect finger food. The Black Eyed Beans are rich in magnesium, calcium and iron.

Contents
1 cup black eyed beans, ½ tsp salt, 4 cups of water
1. Wash the black eyed beans twice in running water and soak in 4 cups of water overnight.
2. Steam cook black eyed beans in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
Note: Black eyed beans need not be soaked overnight.For babies and to easy the cooking process, you can soak overnight.
