    Ingredients to make Mango Pudding:

    Ripe Mango – 2 cups pureed, Ripe Mango- 1/2 cup chopped finely, Gelatin – 1 tbsp, Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup, Sugar – 4 tbsp, Water – 1/2 cup

    Steps to make Mango Pudding:

    1. Add 2 tsp cold water to gelatin and let it soak for 10 mins. Boil the remaining water, remove from heat, and add the soaked gelatine. Mix well to dissolve.

    2. Add sugar, condensed milk, mango puree and mango cubes and mix well.

    3. Pour into greased ramekins. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.

    Serve this summer delight called Mango Pudding !
