Eggs are a rich source of protein and can be introduced to your child once after she crosses the 1 year mark. You can give Boiled Egg to your child as a part of breakfast or lunch. As it takes more time to digest, it is better to avoid in the night dinner.
Contents
1 egg, 1 cup water
1. Place the egg in a vessel. Pour water in such a way that the egg gets covered with water by 1 inch.
2. Slowly bring the water to a boil. Let the heat be on medium.
3. When the water has boiled, cover and switch off the flame. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove the egg to a colander and place under cool running water.
