Give a twist to your regular upma and surprise your kid with its awesome taste and perfect nutrition. Sweet corn is rich in anti-oxidants and promotes eye health too.

1 cup corasely crushed sweet corn kernels, 1/4 cup dahi, ½ cup mota poha, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp rai, a pinch of hing, 2 tsp urad dal split, a string of curry leaves, 1 large onion finely chopped, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp green chili paste, 2 tbsp dhania, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste
1. Whisk curd well. Add ½ cup of water and whisk again.
2. Now dry roast the thick poha in a pan. Transfer the roasted poha in a plate and keep aside.
3. heat the ghee in a skillet, add mustard seeds, hing, urad dal, and curry leaves and saute for a minute on medium flame.
4. Add onions and saute. Now add corn, turmeric powder and chilli paste; mix well and cook on medium flame. Keep stirring in between.
5. Add the roasted poha, coriander, curd-water mixture, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Serve hot.
