Add some healthy whole grain and the goodness of egg to your pizza and serve it hot. This delicious dish is rich in protein, carbohydrates with the goodness of veggies, wheat, and eggs. The cheese on the top makes the pizza finger licking good and provides calcium.

Ingredients for yummy Egg Pizza:

(Measurement - 1 cup = 250 gm/ml) 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tsp dry yeast, 2 tbsp oil, salt, sugar, 2 tbsp pizza sauce, 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum, 2 eggs

Steps to make Egg Pizza:

1. Take a cup of lukewarm water and dissolve 1/4th tsp sugar in it and then, sprinkle yeast over the top and let it stand for 10 minutes for yeast to activate.

2. Add oil and salt to the yeast mixture, then mix in the whole wheat flour and knead the dough.

3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover it with a wet towel and let sit in a warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.

4. When doubled, make two balls of the dough and spread it using a rolling pin to make two thin crusts.

5. Spread it over a baking pan and apply pizza sauce. Add onion, tomato and capsicum as toppings.

6. Add the grated mozzarella cheese and let it bake for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 220℃.

7. Now, with the help of spoon make a space in between the pizza base and spread beaten egg. Spread it in a way that it covers whole pizza, leaving the corners.

8. Bake it for another 5-6 minutes or till the egg cooks properly.

Serve this delicious pizza hot. You can make it cheesy with extra cheese.
