Finger Millet Vermicelli Kheer is a delicious and healthy dish for your little one. Finger millet is a good source of protein and vitamins and easily digestible. Your little one is bound to enjoy the dish.

Contents
1 cup finger millet vermicelli, 2 tablespoons ghee, 1 cup water, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup milk
1. Heat a pan and add 2 table spoons ghee. Roast finger millet vermicelli till golden brown.
2. Add water and cook till water is absorbed by the vermicelli.
3. Heat 1 cup milk in a pan , when it comes to a boil, add the cooked vermicelli.
4. Once this thickens, add ½ cup sugar and mix well.
5. Simmer for a few minutes.
Serve the kheer hot or chill as per your preference. Your little one will definitely finish the kheer and keep asking for more.
