Ingredients to make Grilled Veggies with Cheese Dip:
1 potato sliced, 1 tomato sliced, 1 each red and yellow pepper, sliced, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup milk, 1 cup grated cheese
Steps to make Grilled Veggies with Cheese Dip:
1. Heat grill to medium heat.
2. Toss vegetables with oil and grill 4 to 6 minutes or until tender, turning after 4 min.
3. Heat milk. Stir in cheese and keep stirring till cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
4. Serve vegetables topped with sauce.
