Rava Ragi Malt is made with ragi, semolina, jaggery and soymilk – just few simple ingredients and an easy process, and a yummy dish is ready! Ragi and rava are both rich in protein and calcium and the addition of soymilk is best for vegan preference or for those who cannot digest normal milk! Adding flax seed powder makes it rich in good and healthy fats, essential for the brain development!

Ragi, rava, soy milk, water and salt as needed.
1. Take ragi and rava in a pot. Add water and cook until ragi and rava are soft. Put aside.
2. Heat soymilk in a pan, slowly mix the ragi-rava paste in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps. Cook lon ow flame till it boils.
3. Cool the above mixture and then add salt.
Add flax seed powder and serve!
