Dry fruits are quite healthy for kids and adults, as they are rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. Apart from that, they are tasty too! This healthy mix of dry fruit comes in handy as a snack or in between meal filler and your child would love it, as would you.

Cashews, almonds, jaggery, clean rose petals, cardamom powder
1. Dry roast the dry fruits on a tawa. Dry out clean rose petals.
2. Combine all the ingredients together, store the mix in an airtight box.
You can add this mixture to halwas, porridges as well to increase the nutrition value and make it healthier.
