The health benefits of pulses are beyond what many of us might expect. They're high in protein, fiber, antioxidants and provide plenty of other health benefits!

Sprouts, chana, peanuts, lemon
1. Wash the chana well and soak overnight.
2. Cook the chana in a pressure cooker for 6-8 minutes.
3. Wash and boil sprouts in an open vessel for 5 minutes.
4. Wash and boil peanuts in an open vessel for 5 minutes.
5. Mix the sprouts, chana and peanuts in a bowl, add salt, pepper, roasted jeera powder
Squeeze lemon and serve!
