Potato Cheela is a healthy breakfast. Potatoes are a rich source of vitamin A and C and potassium. Their starch content is also high. Potato cheela is easy to make and very tasty too.

Gram flour, urad dal, salt, 3 potatoes,1 tablespoon cashew nuts, 1 sprig curry leaves, 1 teaspoon chana dal, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 teaspoon oil
1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
2. Pat dry the grated potatoes or squeeze them completely to remove the water.
3. In a bowl, add chopped onions, grated potatoes, Chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts and curry leaves.
4. Add a teaspoon of gram flour to the above mixture. Stir well.
5. Divide into equal portions.
6. In a pan ,heat a teaspoon of oil , evenly spread the portion one by one thinly and cook both sides.
Serve the cheela hot. This is a snack which is sure to tickle the taste buds of all.
