Roasted sattu flour has traditionally been valued for its many nutritional benefits. Sattu is rich in protein, fibre, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium. Protein Packed Sattu Kanji is a fast and easy to prepare drink that is liked by everyone who tastes it once. Usually served after breakfast, or as an evening snack!

Sattu flour-3 tsp, sugar-1 tsp and water-1glass
1. Dissolve sugar in luke warm water.
2. Add Sattu powder and mix well to remove lumps.
Serve it warm or chilled, as per your preferance.
