Sago provides an adequate amount of calories needed for the day. It is a starchy substance which provides carbohydrates required.

Contents
Sago -50gms, potatoes -50gms, oil, salt to taste
1. Soak sago for 3- 4hours until soft.
2. Drain the water pressure cook the sago and potatoes until soft, add the little salt
3. Mash both sago and potatoes and blenderize it until smooth consistency is attained.
4. Heat the molded pan add little oil
5. Pour the batter into molds and cook on both sides.
Note: Grated veggies can also be added to the batter. Serve it right away!
