Using sabudana and potatoes, both rich source of carbohydrates, you can prepare a yummy and filling snack, sago patty.

Ingredients to make Sago Patty:
1 cup sabudana, 2 boiled potatoes ,2 tsp roasted and crushed peanuts, oil for shallow fry
Steps to make Sago Patty:
1. Soak the sabudana for atleast 5 hours or overnight. Wash sabudana well and drain the water.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the sabudana and mashed boiled potatoes. Add salt and powdered peanuts. Mix well.
3. Make patties out of the sabudana mixture.
This dish is a perfect combination of taste and health!
