Sooji Halwa is an Indian household staple. It is not only packed with minerals and nutrients from the dry fruits, sooji, and milk but also it is liked by people of all ages and can be prepared in a jiffy, any time of the day.

Rava -15gms, milk -150ml, sugar -20gms
1. Boil milk and keep it aside.
2. In a pan, roast rava and add this roasted rava to the boiling milk. Save half portion of it and keep it aside.
3. Allow the rava to cook thoroughly. Once cooked, add the remaining portion of milk add sugar and mix well.
4. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Make this for dinner today!
