Sweet potatoes grated 6-8, ghee 4 tbsp, khoya grated 1 cup, green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp, sugar 1/2 cup, almonds chopped 2 tbsp
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add sweet potatoes and saute for 12-15 minutes.
2. Add green cardamom powder, sugar and cook, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Add khoya and almonds, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
What a delightful desi and healthy dessert!
