Bullying is a problem that your child is likely to face at this stage. Hiding from problems is never an option that your child should come to know about, ever. In case of bullying too, no matter how difficult it becomes, your child must be taught to face it.

In most of the cases, bullying until it takes an extreme stance, isn’t very harmful. It is a temporary issue that must be dealt with cautiously. Begin with talking to your child. Allow him to talk to you freely without any inhibition. And as a parent, try to gauge, how much the damage has been done. And then, ask your child, what he expects from you.
Keeping that in mind, act. This will ensure that your child feels secure in the first place. However, if you feel that bullying has hassled your child deeply, talk to the authorities of the school and also seek counselling. Take steps that help your child to address this problem in a comprehensive manner.
