Finish the exam and wait for the RTO officials to verify documents and dispatch your new DL via speed post/courier. 

How to apply for a Driving Licence offline in Maharashtra

The offline procedure of applying for DL in Maharashtra involves the following steps.

  • Step 1: The RTO website or RTO office in your city is where you can get Form 2 to apply for Learner’s Licence.

  • Step 2: Compile your documents and submit a filled-out application form to the RTO.

  • Step 3: Pay the fee requested for the process, and collect your slip of application acknowledgement. 

  • Step 4: You will get an LL exam slot to clear the preliminary test and get the Learning Licence.
