Swollen ankles and feet: You may be having slight swelling in feet and ankles. This is often a result of rising in the weight of your body. Walk often, don’t place your feet down for long, and drink plenty of water.

Backaches: Your growing baby starts to push against the spine and cause stress to your back muscles. Your health care provider will be able to tell you some simple exercises, which can provide comfort from the aches. Watch your posture, and ensure your chair is correctly adjusted if you are sitting at a desk all day. Take short breaks and get up from your chair and move around.

Bleeding and swollen gums: This is one of the other symptoms of bleeding and swollen gums. Use a soft bristle toothbrush if you are feeling that your gums have become more sensitive than usual. Make an appointment with your dentist.

Frequent urination: Mostly all expecting mothers suffer from frequent urination problem. It will continue to keep you on your toes this week too. Snoring and nasal congestion: When your oestrogen levels rise and make your nasal blood vessels swell then snoring starts.

Dizziness: Are you feeling dizzy from time to time? Not to worry, it is common to feel dizzy when you stand up suddenly. This is because getting up quickly causes the blood to rush into your legs.

Increase appetite: As your baby is growing so your weight is steadily increasing now which will make you feel more hungry. Eat healthy, nutritious and Fibre rich food.
