    Ingredients to make Blueberry Jelly:

10 cups blueberries, ¼ cup lemon juice, 8 tbsp powdered pectin, ½ cup water, 5 cups granulated sugar

    Steps to make Blueberry Jelly:

    1. Wash the superfood, blueberries well and drain the water.

    2. Blend the blueberries to crush them.

    3. Take half cup water in a deep vessel and add the crushed blueberries. Switch on the flame to medium heat. Keep stirring and once the mixture starts boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for about 8 to 10 mins.

    4. Add the lemon juice.

    5. Strain the blue berry mixture.

    6. Take ¼ of the sugar and add the pectin

    7. Add this pectin to the strained blue berry juice. Bring this mixture to a boil. This will take about 5 to 10 minutes.

    8. Now, add the rest of the sugar and boil for a minute.

Blueberry Jelly is ready to sweeten your taste buds. You can test whether the jelly is ready by filling a chilled spoon with jelly and allowing it to cool. If it thickens, the jelly is ready.
