What we all need to sail through the day, is a power packed breakfast. Try our fabulous recipe for Antioxidant Boost Porridge. The kale is full of vital antioxidants, and the oats provide carbohydrates and fiber.

    Ingredients to make Antioxidant Boost Porridge:

    1/2 cup oats, 2 cups milk, 1 cup chopped kale, 1 banana mashed, 1 tsp sugar, butter for sautéing

    Steps to make Antioxidant Boost Porridge:

    1. Sauté the kale in butter for 5 minutes.

    2. In a separate pan, add the milk and oats and cook for 6-7 minutes till done. Note: If baby is less than 12 months, add water instead of milk. If you have excess breastmilk, you can mix bm with the porridge just before feeding. Do not heat the breastmilk.

    3. Add the sugar and sauted kale and mix well. Serve hot.
