1 boiled potato, 2 bread slices, salt as per taste

Steps to make Baked Potato Cakes:

1. Boil the potato and mash it well. Add the required salt.

2. Tear the bread slice and process in a food processor till you get coarse crumbs.

3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. Sprinkle few bread crumbs on the baking tray. Keep a round cookie cutter on the tray and add spoonful of the mashed potato mixture. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Carefully remove the cookie cutter.

5. Bake the potato for 15- 20 mins till the cake begins to golden brown.
