Beetroot is full of rich nutrients like protein, vital vitamins, like vitamin A and C and minerals like calcium and iron. Using simple ingredients like beetroot, coconut and ghee, you can make a quick and healthy happy glow puree for your little one.

Ingredients to make Happy Glow Puree:
1 beet root, 1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp grated coconut, 1 cup water, salt as per taste
Steps to make Happy Glow Puree:
1. In a pressure cooker, add water. Add roughly chopped beetroot and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
2. Once steam cools down, blend the cooked beetroot into a puree. Blend without water at first. If needed, you can add water to adjust the consistency.
3. In a pan, add ghee. Once the ghee is warm, add the grated coconut. Saute for 2 mins.
4. Add the beetroot puree. Add salt as required. Mix well.
Happy glow puree is ready. Enjoy feeding this delicious and nutritious puree to your little one!
