This mash is rich in iron and easy to make, and your child will love it!

Carrots, beans, spinach, water as required, salt, and ghee
1. Clean and wash all the vegetables separately.
2. Chop into small pieces and cook in a pressure cooker with sufficient amount of water for 10 minutes.
3. Mash by hand or use a blender to make a fine paste of the vegetables.
Add salt and ghee. Mix and serve!
