Making a plum mash is very easy. You can use this recipe to make a plum mash or your baby at home. Besides providing nutrients to your baby, plums also help in maintaining a good digestive system, boosting immunity and promoting the production of red blood cells in your baby’s body.

Ingredients: A few ripe plums, water
Steps:
1. Clean and chop the ripe plums.
2. Boil water in a pan and add the plums into it. Cook till the plums are soft and tender.
3. Strain out the plums and mash them in a bowl.
