Rice is a good food option for your little one, as it is full of carbohydrates. Our Rice Bowl Puree recipe uses brown rice, which has loads of fibre too! The carrots provide vitamin A and vitamin C.

Contents
1 cup brown rice washed & drained, 2 carrots cubed, 1 tsp butter, salt to taste, water for boiling
1. Take carrots in a pan, add 2 cups of water and boil for 10 minutes.
2. Add the rice. Boil for 15-20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked. Add water if required.
3. Add the cooked rice, carrots, salt and butter to a mixie and blend to a smooth puree. Serve hot.
