Homemade veggie purees are filled with essential vitamins and nutrients for your baby. Carrots are loaded with Vitamin A, B, C and calcium to help make your child bones stronger. It also contain potassium. Green beans are full of vitamin A and K to help build your baby’s immune system. Peas are also high in vitamins A and C. Cauliflower is high in vitamin C and K.

¼ cup Cauliflower, ¼ cup French Beans, 4-5 Mushrooms, ¼ cup peeled Carrot, ¼ cup Green Peas, ¼ cup chopped and deseeded Tomatoes, 1 small Onion, a pinch of Salt, 1 tbsp. Sunflower Oil.
1. Wash and chop the vegetables into 1 inch cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pot and add all the veggies, cook in for 5 minutes.
3. Add the water and salt.
4. Allow it to simmer for around 30 minutes in low heat.
5. Strain the vegetables by pressing down in a sieve.
6. Your vegetable stock is ready to serve to your kiddo.
Serve it warm to your child with rice or roti.
