Feeling bored to drink milk? Make this delicious Almond Banana Smoothie. Both bananas and almonds provide loads of vitamins and minerals while milk provides calcium and protein.

4 tbsp blanched and de-skinned almonds, 1 cup roughly chopped bananas, 1 1/2 cups chilled milk, 2 tbsp sugar
1. Combine the almonds, bananas and ½ cup of milk and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy
2. Add the sugar and remaining 1 cup of milk and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
This Almond Banana Smoothie will make an amazingly refreshing treat, so whip some up right away!
