Almonds are a good source of fats, protein, fibre, vitamin E, and magnesium. When combined with agar, a jelly like substance and coconut milk, you can make a delicious almond jelly for dessert for the little one.

1 tsp almond agar mix, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 cups water, ½ cup milk, ½ cup almond milk
1. In a vessel, add almond agar mix, water, milk and almond milk.
2. Bring to a boil until the agar is completely dissolved.
3. Remove from heat and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the coconut milk and stir well. Warm the mixture for about a minute.
5. Once the liquid is completely cooled, pour the liquid in jelly moulds.
Chill overnight. Yummy chilled Almond Jelly is ready to serve.
