Almonds contain lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. This recipe helps to provide all these benefits by giving almonds in an easy to eat form, which your tiny one will enjoy!

Almonds, bread, oil
1. Soak almonds overnight in water. Remove the peel and slice thinly.
2. On a slice of bread, Spread the almond flakes and toast on a tawa with little oil.
Serve hot as breakfast or snack.
