This is a kind of bharta where aloo and gobhi are mashed together to form a delicious sabzi. It can be served hot with parantha or puri.

2 medium potatoes boiled and peeled, 1 cup sun dried cauliflower, oil for cooking, 1 tsp jeera, ½ tsp chilli powder and salt as per your taste.
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, chili powder, and salt.
2. Add cauliflower and boiled potatoes as well and cook them on the low flame.
3. When they turn soft then mash them with a masher.
4. Adjust salt as per your taste and finally add coriander leaves to this mixture.
Serve hot with roti or parantha.
