Eggs 6, ghee 1/4 cup, mixed dried fruits soaked 1/2 cup, honey 2 tsp, milk 1 cup, cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
1. Heat ghee, add dried fruit and saute for about 5 minutes.
2. Break the eggs one by one into the pan and cook stirring continuously.
3. Add milk and mix and cook for about 5 minutes, till all the milk gets absorbed. Add cardamom powder and honey, mix well and serve hot.
